How to process a message from my accountant?

You're notified by mail when your accountant sends you a message. Read our article  about how to change notification preferences.

Once you're connected, you'll observe an exclamation mark next to Message in the menu left . That means you have received messages from your accountant.

Click on Message. Here you'll see the list of messages with the status to process. The messages have 3 different statutes :

  • To process : you have to act, your accountant waits for an answer. 

  • Processed: the message is on wait for an answer of your accountant .

  • Resolved: the message has been marked as resolved by your accountant or yourself.

Click on a message to process it. A window opens and makes it possible for you to leave a message and to add a PDF. When you click on Send on a message, it will change its status from To process to Processed . The message is now waiting to be processed by your accountant. 

You always have the possibility to change the status of your message from Processed  to To process by clicking on the To process button left .

Once you've replied, you can close the window.
