You can ask two types of questions to your accountant

1. Ask a question from an entry

You can ask a question from an accounting entry or from an account. To do so, click on

A window opens with following information :

  • A header with the details of the entry. So there's no need to specify them in your question.

  • A space where you can ask your question.

  • A button to Add a file : it is possible to add PDF-files to your question.

  • Notify me by e-mail about changes : by default, you're not notified by mail when the accountant answers your question. However, if you activate the option, you'll be notified.

Click on  Send to confirm the sending of the message. You'll find the question in the thread Messages with the status Processed.

2. Ask a question starting from the thread Messages

Click left above on  New message.
