Skwarel makes it possible to find back all invoices that the accountant has encoded. You can find all the invoices by using the search bar above left.
All you have to do is start typing the name of a specific customer or provider and a list will appear. Click on the one you want to see. You'll find all the billing history for that specific customer or provider :
de detail of the invoices : you'll even be able to find them in PDF (only if you send them in PDF to your accountant )
if the invoice is considered als paid in the accounting.
The total amount paid over the year.
The total amount left to pay.
You can search trough the fiscal years if you want to find older invoices.
